Processing & Shipping

  • Order Preparation: Each item is carefully selected and crafted with attention to detail. Our processing time is typically 3 business days. Every order is made with care, ensuring it reaches you in perfect condition.

  • Shipping: Most orders arrive in about 6–10 days, rarely exceeding 15 days. In exceptional cases, such as extreme weather or unforeseen events, delivery may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding.

We ship directly from our Shenzhen workshop via SF International or CNE Express.

  • Shipping Fees: Orders of EUR 40 or more qualify for free shipping. For orders under EUR 40, a shipping fee of EUR 5.9 applies. For countries or regions that do not use the euro, amounts will be automatically converted to the local currency based on the current exchange rate.

  • Delivery Areas: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom (4 of 5 regions, excludes British Forces), United States (53 of 62 states, excludes Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe).

Modify Your Order
Please confirm your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Once processing begins, changes cannot be made.

Cancel Your Order
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled or modified. If delivery fails due to incorrect information, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
