We want every purchase from Walnut Create to be something you truly enjoy. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re happy to assist. We provide a 30-day return or exchange policy, starting from the date your order is delivered.

Eligible Return & Exchange Scenarios

  • Quality-related issues, damaged or missing parts, or incorrect items received:
    → A free return label will be provided.

  • Non-quality reasons (such as a change of mind or incorrect order placed):
    → Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Special offer items:
    → Returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-quality reasons.

How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please contact us at support@walnutcreate.com, including your order number and any required photos or videos.

  • Our support team will review your request within 24 hours.

  • Once approved:

    • A return label will be issued within 2 business days.

    • Please ship the item back in its original packaging within 7 days.

    • For exchanges, a new tracking number will be emailed within 2 business days.

If you choose to return the item using your own shipping method, please email us the tracking number. We cannot be responsible for packages lost without tracking.

Important Notes

  • Returned items must be complete, unused, undamaged, and suitable for resale, including all accessories and complimentary gifts.

  • All returns or exchanges require prior approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

  • Special offer items are not eligible for non-quality-related returns or exchanges.

Refund Policy

  • Order canceled before shipping:Full refund issued.
  • Quality issues, damaged items, incorrect items: Full refund issued.
  • Package lost in transit or never delivered: Full refund issued.
  • Missing parts: Free replacement or complimentary return/exchange.
  • Personal reason returns(e.g. change of mind, wrong size/model ordered): Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. Gift costs will also be deducted if gifts are not returned.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
If you do not receive your refund within this time frame, please contact us.
